Quin Kline

Chief Executive Officer
Founding Partner

A seasoned healthcare professional and expert in healthcare policy, Quin started her career in Washington, D.C. working at The White House and in Congress. After leaving public service, Quin led strategic development and innovation work at United Healthcare, CareSource, AmeriHealth and Molina. She has worked at the intersection of health innovation, advocacy and clinical policy development for more than 20 years. Her passion for improving access to, and quality of, care fueled her development of The CareHub. The CareHub is the manifestation of her tireless search to find a sustainable and compassionate home for technology in our health journey.

She brings her same passion to her community partnerships, serving on the board of A Special Wish of Southwest Ohio, the Kettering Parks Foundation and Louie’s Legacy Animal Rescue.

Quin spends her free time with her husband of 16 years, 2 kids and many dogs.

Tom Mattingly

Chief Operating Officer
Founding Partner

With more than 25 years of experience, Tom has held executive leadership roles in healthcare, business development, and operations. His career has spanned the hospital, provider, commercial managed care, and Medicaid space, including leadership roles at ValueHealth, CareSource, DentaQuest, Aetna, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and James Cancer Hospital. Tom most recently served as President and General Manager, Payor and Network for ValueHealth LLC where he successfully led operations and strategy, national payer contracts, value-based reimbursement, and new business network development.

He has also lent his experience in roles with local not-for-profit organizations such as Live Like Jay, an organization providing college scholarships to deserving youth while celebrating the life of his friend, Jerusha Clark, and Harlequin Haven Great Dane Rescue. He’s an unapologetic DEI champion and corporate culture advocate.

When not “on the job”, Tom enjoys traveling with his spouse, completing home projects (most recently building rocking chairs), documenting his family history, and spending time with family, friends, and his two rescue dogs, Bellevue and Bracken.

Dr. Whitney Sharp, D.O., FACOOG

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Whitney Sharp is a board-certified OB/GYN with over 20 years of experience caring for women in the Dayton area. After earning her medical degree in 2005 and completing her residency in 2009, she went on to serve in key leadership roles, including Chair of the OB/GYN Department and member of the Medical Executive Committee and the Physician Advisory Council.

A passionate advocate for maternal health, Dr. Sharp is currently leading efforts to reduce maternal and infant mortality in Montgomery County. She’s also a founding member of The Social Capital Project, an initiative focused on building meaningful connections and opportunities for women in Dayton.

In addition to her work in medicine and community health, Dr. Sharp is an entrepreneur who owns several local businesses.

Above all, Dr. Sharp is a proud mom to three energetic boys who inspire her every day.

Kevin McCauley

Chief Technology Officer

As an accomplished leader with a passion for driving innovation, Kevin brings extensive experience leading diverse, high-performing teams across North America, Europe, APAC and India. His expertise spans cutting-edge industries, including mobile-enabled/cloud-managed applications, cybersecurity and industry-specialized solutions, all aimed at providing data-driven results that create exceptional customer experiences.

What drives Kevin is a commitment to helping businesses scale sustainably and achieve measurable results. His experience also encompasses operations, customer success and experience management, where he has successfully led teams through digital transformation, cost optimization and vendor management to deliver operational excellence.

Ultimately, Kevin believes in fostering a culture of collaboration, empowering teams to innovate, aligning resources to achieve goals, and viewing every project as an opportunity to learn and grow.
